On August 8, 2022, when armed FBI agents raided the home of former President Donald Trump—citing alleged violations of the Presidential Records Act and the Espionage Act—the weaponization of the nation’s top law enforcement organization reached new heights.
The FBI seized approximately 13,000 documents, about 100 of which bore classification markings. President Biden publicly criticized Trump for being reckless, but soon after, over 100 classified documents, dating back five decades, were discovered in Biden’s possession. Trump was indicted on forty felony charges, while Biden faced no charges.
Then there was the attempt to imprison Donald Trump for a clerical error in a legal payments for a non disclosure agreement (NDA) to a porn star leading to 34 felony charges introduced by a prosecutor who ran on “getting Trump.” Another travesty of justice, recognized by the most respected and liberal legal minds, whose reverence for the law far exceeds their hatred for Donald Trump.
These are just two of four attempts to use hyper-partisan State Democratic District
Attorneys to prevent having to compete with political opponents at the ballot box discussed in Lawfare. The 94 felonies initiated by Democrats using state and local justice departments, with prison time equal to 700 years, would impress the most corrupt banana republic dictator. All from the the same Democrats who have the gall to claim Donald Trump is a threat to Democracy.
Lawfare addresses the most egregious examples US government corrupt and illegal activities initiated against Donald Trump and citizens who dared to challenge Democratic policies effecting themselves, family, and their community. It also reviews legal actions taken by the Trump administration during it’s second terms for potentially similar illegal or immoral actions used against their political opponents.
Fast Facts
- Lawfare is the use of legal systems and institutions to damage or delegitimize an opponent, or to deter an individual’s usage of their legal rights.
- Anti freedom culture of political retaliation and abuse of power has all been under the Democrats driven by the Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Lawfare
Lawfare covers the use of a justice department to intimidate, hinder, imprison, or bankrupt political opponents rather than face them in the voting booth. Rampant in politically and economically unstable countries, the Biden administration’s Department of Justice and Democratic appointed state judges took it to levels previously unheard of in the US. The initial focus, but not the sole, was Donald Trump, who was indicted in 4 criminal cases for trying to rig the election. The Democrats figured that Biden couldn’t lose if he was running against a convicted felon. This led to a total onslaught to destroy Donald Trump, either by putting him in jail or making sure that he had no more money.
What they failed to account for, however, was that most Americans were too smart not to recognize this attack on Democracy using the Department of Justice. The same Democrats who unleashed Lawfare on Donald Trump and his supporters have done more to destroy our justice system than anyone in our 250-year history.
New York Hush Money Case
Former President Donald Trump was indicted in New York City on March 30, 2023, for bookkeeping errors his lawyer made in recording LEGAL payments for a non disclosure agreement (NDA) to hide allegations of extramarital affairs airing during his first White House campaign in 2016. The prosecutor, District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who ran on “getting Trump,” rather than upholding the law, charged Trump for 34 felonies, one for each receipt. Sentencing was scheduled for Nov. 26, 2024 to avoid perceptions of election influence. To bad the concern for the perception of election interference does not extend to a concern over election interference.
Trump was found guilty on May 30, 2024, on 34 counts of falsifying business records. The first former American president to be convicted of felony crimes. Judge Juan M. Merchan agreed to postpone Donald Trump’s sentencing until Nov. 26, 2024 to avoid perceptions of election influence.

Georgia Election Interference
After election irregularities were reported by poll watchers in Fulton County, Georgia during the 2020 presidential voting Donald Trump questioned the results. Years later State Election Board member Janice Johnson claimed 140 violations in election laws and rules occurred, validating Trump’s concerns. Trump’s asking the Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to check signatures, since he believed there was fraud, was turned into election interference after he mentioned how few fraudulent votes it would take for the election to be overturned. Knowing how few votes would make a difference was obviously critical to knowing whether it was worth the effort to check the validity of the ballots, was turned into a request for changing votes by Democratic prosecutors.
